Kindergarden 43 "Daciana" in Oradea, Bihor county, hosted a series of events dedicated to the youngest World Space Week participants. Coordinated by Ioana Klein, the kids spent quality time learning about the Universe:
- On October 4th, the children were given information about outer space, manufactured rocket models and spacesuits, and discssed about spacemen and stargazing.
- On October 5th, the young participants learnt about the geography of outer space.
- October 6th saw the kids learning poetry about the planets, stars, and painted them.
- Next day, they did a bit of mathematics, and they learnt about the contribution made by space exploration to the quality of life on Earth.
- October 8th was dedicated to making planet models, whereas October 9th saw them reenact the story of the "Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupery.
- Finally, October 10th saw the kids delighting in space-themed sweets made by their parents.
